One workshop
Kitchens, wardrobes, vanities and doors are the four things in a home that are built rather than bought. They are also the four things people most often buy from four different suppliers, which is why so many otherwise expensive interiors never quite read as one scheme.
We design, machine and install all four ourselves. In practice that means a walnut chosen for a kitchen island can be carried, exactly, into the bedroom wardrobes, the bathroom vanities and the doors — a decision rather than a coordination problem.
It also means one number to call in year two, when joinery has settled and something wants adjusting. The team that fitted it is the team that comes back.
Karachi walls are rarely square and floors are rarely level — twenty millimetres of fall across a five-metre run is ordinary in an older DHA property. Everything is surveyed before it is drawn, so the joinery is cut to the room that exists rather than the room on the drawing.
You see a 360° walkthrough of your own space, with your own finishes, while changes still cost nothing. Most regret in this industry is created in the gap between what someone imagined and what arrived.
Runners and hinges are what fail first and what you touch every day. The series is written on the quote, so you can check it — and so you can compare our price with anyone else's on the same terms.
Moisture-resistant board is standard in kitchens and vanities here, not an upgrade line. Humidity is what decides whether a run of doors still closes cleanly in year five.
Design, manufacture and installation are one team under one roof in DHA Phase 6. Every hand-off between companies is a millimetre lost, and millimetres are what make a run of fronts read as one surface.
Carcass, fronts, worktop, hardware and lighting are quoted as separate lines. A single package figure hides where the money went and, more usefully, where it was saved.
